Virus War is a nice game in which you have to create a new virus and see if it can win when pitted against another virus. It gives you access to a bio lab where you can come up with the next deadly virus. You will have a specific number of genes that you need to distribute among the different attributes that viruses usually have. It will be up to you to decide how aggressive or toxic the virus should be. Once you have created your virus, you can test it out by battling it with another virus.

After having named the virus and secured it with a password, you can begin the gene-distribution process. You will find sliders located beneath the attributes that your virus will have. There are a limited number of genes at your disposal so you need to distribute them carefully. If you aren't sure about the importance of an attribute, you can click the '?' icon located in front of it to see a small description of it. This will help you in knowing which attributes need to be given precedence over others to make a strong virus.

Virus War allows you to save the virus you have created. You can take your virus into battle with another virus by selecting them and clicking the 'Join Battle' button. The battle between the two viruses will be a simulation that you can watch on a separate screen. You will see the microbes of your virus and those of the opposing virus here. At first, the microbes will replicate and increase in number. Once they have reached their maximum amount, they will begin to interact with one another. The more potent virus will slowly but surely wipe out the microbes of the weaker virus. If the battle drags on for too long without the emergence of a clear winner, a draw can be chosen as the result.
